Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing in Chicago, IL seeks a Pricing Manager to help shape how it prices its work and structures client relationships. You will partner with attorneys to develop pricing strategies, fee proposals, and budgets, and design and evaluate alternative fee arrangements.

The role requires analyzing matter profitability, historical data, and market benchmarks, supporting rate-setting and client rate negotiations, and building tools for pricing consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
