Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Pricing Manager for Process Technology Refining to lead pricing strategy, governance, and execution. You will partner with Business, Sales, Offering Management, and Finance to translate market insights into actions that protect margin and enable sustainable growth.

You will report to the Sr Pricing Director and operate with a hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC; Rosemont, IL; or Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

8+ years in pricing, commercial finance, strategy, or analytics with P&L impact.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed org.
Strong pricing and financial-modeling, with ability to action insights.

Responsibilities

Own and execute portfolio pricing strategy using value-based pricing and market insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing decisions.
Advise leaders; align pricing actions with portfolio objectives and budgets.
Lead pricing for complex opportunities including deal economics and discount guidance.
Govern pricing models, policies, KPIs to improve margin and execution.
Present performance and risks to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Drive cross-functional transformation to improve data quality and automation.
Build pricing capability through coaching and best-practice sharing.
