Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Pricing Manager for Process Technology Refining to lead pricing strategy, governance, and execution, driving profitable growth and improved decision-making. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Business, Sales, Offering Management, and Finance to translate market insights into actions that strengthen margins and reduce price leakage.

• 8+ years of pricing, finance, strategy, or analytics with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong pricing, financial modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute portfolio pricing strategy using value-based pricing and market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing decisions.
• Advise leaders and align actions with AOP, STRAP, and portfolio objectives.
• Lead pricing for complex opportunities, including deal economics and discount guidance.
• Govern pricing models, policies, controls, and KPIs to improve margin.
• Present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional transformation to simplify processes and improve data quality.
• Build pricing capability through coaching and best-practice sharing.
