Job summary

StandardAero in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead finance for Commercial Engine Services and Military, Helicopters & Energy. You will partner with SBU leadership, manage forecasts, and drive performance across the site.

The role requires extensive manufacturing finance experience, proven ability to communicate with senior executives, and a passion for continuous improvement. Relocation assistance is eligible.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting, or finance (MBA acceptable).
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience with manufacturing terms and BOM/PPV.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy and appraisal of new engine platforms with external stakeholders.
• Partner with SBU leadership and maintain SIOP processes to optimize capacity.
• Develop and manage AOP/LRP forecasts with key stakeholders.
• Provide FP&A leadership and drive standardization of forecasting methods.
• Oversee month-end closing, cost control, and government contract compliance.
• Develop talent and build a cohesive, high-performing finance team.
