Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a pricing and contracts leader for Generics Rx to manage contract terms and pricing data, driving revenue growth across wholesalers, distributors, and large chains.

The role supports bids, reviews rebate structures, and collaborates with business and legal teams to ensure compliant contracts and timely pricing updates. Based in Hawthorne, NY or Princeton, NJ, require 7+ years in pharma pricing and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Pricing and Contracts experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular and ongoing financial analyses for pricing bids, competitive pricing, price changes and offers.
• Review customer pricing strategies and rebate structures; proof pricing documents including price lists, quotes, notifications and bids.
• Prepare draft pricing agreements and responses to proposals; manage communications during RFPs and contracting.
• Ensure contracts are reviewed and revised for compliance; work with legal on term updates.
• Create notifications for price changes, new products, NDC changes and removals.
• Review, approve and execute customer pricing strategies and rebate structures.
• Monitor pricing based on competition, market share, and costs; recommend adjustments.
• Analyze historical sales trends and market intelligence to formulate pricing strategies.
• Manage contract administration and loading pricing in SAP/Vistex; ensure correct effective dates.
