Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Pricing / Costing Analyst to lead advanced commercial and cost analytics that guide pricing decisions for complex customer accounts and support margin protection, bid quality, and customer profitability.

This role supports bids, contract renewals, profitability reviews, and day-to-day pricing operations by building scalable tools, improving reporting, and helping the team work more efficiently through practical use of technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in estimating, pricing, costing, commercial finance, analytics, or a related business function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
• Experience building analytical tools, reports, models, or dashboards that support business decision making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to real business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on priorities.

Responsibilities
