Job summary

Dentsu Ugam in Atlanta seeks a Lead Pricing Analytics Consultant to bridge data science and executive strategy. You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams to optimize pricing and promotions.

The role requires 5+ years in retail analytics with pricing focus, advanced SQL and Tableau skills, and experience leading client engagements. On-site 5 days a week in Atlanta with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in Retail Analytics with focus on pricing, promotions, or merchandising analytics.
5+ years in Data Analytics / Data Science with experience framing insights for senior leadership.
Advanced SQL expertise; Google BigQuery preferred.
Tableau for executive visualizations.
Retail/E-commerce domain expertise (Home Improvement a plus).
Strategy consulting experience and client management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional and offshore delivery teams.
Python for data science, modeling, or automation (nice-to-have).
Knowledge of complex retail pricing mechanics (elasticity, tiering, margins).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary advisor to client leadership; translate problems into analytics and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
Lead daily delivery with US and offshore analytics teams.
Design, build and optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising analytics.
Build analytical frameworks and dashboards (Google Cloud Platform and Tableau) for executive visibility.
Support high-priority client requests in a fast-paced retail environment.
