Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Manager of Pricing Analysis and Control to help ensure optimal margins across Merchandising Display and Graphic Solutions. You will analyze data, understand pricing strategies, and collaborate with legal, commercial, and customer service teams to execute pricing consistently.

You will lead pricing tool development, improve governance, maintain price lists, and coordinate with facilities to implement price changes.

• Understanding of Display and Graphics.
• Formidable analytical skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• 10+ years in pricing or pricing-related roles.
• Understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Familiarity with WestRock value propositions.
• Ability to collaborate across WestRock teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing and analysis tools.
• Drive improvement of pricing tools and governance.
• Provide leadership with timely pricing insights from integrated view.
• Support and drive margin enhancement projects.
• Manage pricing administration for contract customers.
• Forecast impact of price change indices for financial analysis.
• Lead creation/audit of price change mechanisms.
• Coordinate with local facilities to implement price lists.
• Maintain data and calculations for pricing, estimating, analysis tools.
• Maintain pricing templates used to generate pricing and costing information.
• Keep Salesforce contract repository accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with peers for other divisions on contract details.
• Develop tools to monitor inflationary pressures and communicate price changes.
