Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Atlanta seeks a senior analytics professional to lead data science initiatives and client engagements in pricing and promotions. You will shape analytics approaches, build scalable models and coach teams across Periscope and client projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, deliver actionable insights, and advance our analytics roadmap with responsible, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in applied math, economics, statistics or another quantitative science.
• 5+ years in consulting/development with data analysis in retail pricing or promotions.
• Experience with analytics to model, forecast and optimise decisions, esp. pricing/promotions; econometric modelling and ML.
• Experience developing analytical solutions for internal or external use.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical packages; comfortable with Python and R.
• Experience collaborating with a team of statistical analysts.
• Very strong problem solving and client-facing communication.
• Ability to juggle overlapping commitments and adapt priorities.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate business risks with conviction.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to build client relationships.
