McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. is building its analytics capability behind pricing and purchasing decisions. As Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead analytics intake for Purchasing & Pricing and own analysis that matters most.

You will build pricing foundations, perform profitability and ROI analyses, and model inventory and supplier economics. You will present to senior leadership and coach analysts across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics, pricing analytics, revenue management, or commercial finance in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to coordinate analytics intake, prioritization, and delivery across multiple teams without formal authority.
• Strong pricing and financial modeling including margin dynamics, cost-to-serve, and deal economics in a B2B environment.
• Advanced Excel; working proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization platform (Power BI or Tableau).
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics intake and prioritization for Purchasing & Pricing, coordinating delivery across enterprise analytics partners.
• Build the analytical foundation for pricing modernization, including segment-based pricing models, margin and floor logic, competitive positioning, and price change impact.
• Perform profitability, cost-to-serve, and promotional ROI analysis to size margin opportunities.
• Model inventory investment, allocation, and working capital scenarios; analyze supplier performance and sourcing economics.
• Build and own the standing dashboard, reporting and scorecards for Purchasing & Pricing, creating a single trusted view for leadership.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations directly to senior leadership.
• Set analytical standards and coach analysts across the Pricing and Purchasing teams.
