McKinsey, through its Periscope technology, invites professionals to join the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice in North America. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product experts to design and deploy analytics-driven solutions that support merchandising and pricing strategies for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery.
• Experience with analytical topics, data science, data visualization, statistics in CPG/retail contexts.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data teams.
• Experience on large scale projects with multiple business stakeholders and matrix organizations.
• Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of business/technical knowledge.
• Comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and working with client sponsors regularly.
• Hands-on experience with large data sources and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Tackle key strategic, organizational, and operational challenges faced by our clients.
• Collaborate within a team to deliver capabilities that transform merchandising and pricing strategy.
• Work with data scientists, solution analysts, data engineers and product experts to deploy solutions.
• Engage with client sponsors regularly to discuss adoption and impact of the solution.
• Develop deep understanding of domain sectors (pricing, promotions, loyalty, trade promotion management and assortment).
