Job summary

Harrington Process Solutions is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive profitable growth through strategic pricing analysis, SPA management, and project pricing support. You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to strengthen pricing decisions, protect margins, and identify opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates will analyze large datasets, develop pricing tools, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience directly supporting a Sales organization; industrial distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own SPA management lifecycle: intake, setup, validation, execution, ongoing management.
• Analyze pricing data, margins, rebates, and vendor incentives to inform price strategies.
• Develop pricing reports, dashboards, and tools for leaders’ decision making.
• Provide pricing recommendations balancing profitability, customer value, and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Category Management, and Operations to resolve pricing issues.
