Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to assemble and analyze data.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• 2–4 years of pricing/business analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis, guidance, and quote administration for glass and precast shape applications.
• Coordinate loading of pricing data into Oracle pricing module.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and finance on customer pricing and profitability.
• Analyze price realization (erosion) across regions and market segments.
• Support execution of pricing actions addressing identified opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of competitive price data and outcomes.
• Assist with presentations and reports across business functions.
• Support continuous process improvement activities within HBS.
