Job summary

Premier Truck Rental seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategies across a nationwide fleet rental portfolio from its Fort Wayne base. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations, support negotiations, and govern pricing policies.

You will analyze performance, model elasticity, and drive initiatives to improve RevPAT and profitability while strengthening pricing governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, statistics, accounting, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms for pricing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing recommendations for new business, renewals, strategic accounts, and pricing initiatives.
• Analyze pricing performance, rate realization, fleet utilization, revenue, margin, and customer profitability trends.
• Conduct price-volume-mix, elasticity, and profitability analyses to identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing strategy development based on market conditions, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and fleet dynamics.
• Drive initiatives that improve rental rates, RevPAT, and overall portfolio profitability.
• Support pricing governance and DOA processes, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and discount guardrails.
• Prepare pricing recommendations, business cases, and executive-level analyses for leadership review.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to balance customer retention, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Monitor pricing exceptions and identify opportunities to improve pricing discipline and execution.
• Develop pricing dashboards, KPI reporting, and actionable business insights.
