Job summary

Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A and Strategy in Fort Wayne, IN to lead weekly KPI reporting and executive analytics. You will partner with CFO, Accounting, Operations, and Strategy to produce insightful dashboards, variance analyses, and actionable business insights.

This hands-on role translates data into strategic recommendations to drive growth and efficiency. You will own long-range planning, financial modeling, and investment evaluation, while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting executive reporting, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience mentoring finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly KPI reporting with dashboards, summaries, and trend analysis.
• Support monthly/quarterly executive reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Partner with leadership to prepare materials for reviews, boards, and planning.
• Own long-range planning: financial modeling, scenarios, growth assumptions, capital needs.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and outline key drivers and actions.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes and improve data integrity across reports.
• Collaborate with IT/data teams to enhance KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analyses and business cases.
