Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager, Business Finance to partner with HR, Fleet, IT, Marketing, and Treasury on financial planning, headcount, labor costs, and capital spending. This hands‑on role leads monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic analyses to drive operational decisions across PTR’s diverse operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A/finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing finance professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead weekly KPI reporting, monthly financial reporting, monthly forecasting, executive slide preparation, and annual budgeting for assigned focus areas.
• Serve as the primary finance business partner to operational and functional leaders.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support related to performance, labor, headcount, controllable expenses, and capital spending.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year and clearly communicate the key drivers and required actions.
• Participate in operational reviews and provide financial insight and recommendations.
• Proactively identify financial risks, cost pressures, and opportunities within assigned areas.
• Own the financial planning and forecasting process for headcount, labor costs, and sales commissions.
• Track headcount and labor spending against budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with HR and leaders to align workforce plans with financial commitments.
• Analyze headcount changes and their financial impact.
• Develop operating expense budgets based on drivers and history.
• Manage monthly forecasting and ensure forecasts reflect conditions.
• Partner with budget owners to set targets and monitor performance.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
• Provide visibility into controllable expenses and variances.
• Partner with departments to manage spending within budgets.
• Develop recurring financial reporting for leaders.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data availability and dashboards.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes for growth.
• Improve planning, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
