Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for a world-renowned law firm. You will develop and implement pricing strategies that support financial goals and client service objectives, and analyze complex financial data to build pricing models.

You will collaborate with partners, practice group leaders, and stakeholders, design AFAs, prepare cost estimates across litigation, regulatory, and transactional work, and respond to RFPs with coordinated input.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• At least two years in a pricing, financial analysis, or AFA-related role.
• Sophisticated knowledge of MS Suite and relational databases, with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with the Firm's financial goals and client service objectives.
• Analyze complex financial data, create pricing models, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Prepare cost estimates for legal services across all practice areas, including litigation, regulatory, and transactional work.
• Lead efforts to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by coordinating input from multiple departments.
• Design and implement reporting methodologies to monitor client engagements against budgets and forecast outcomes.
• Review and analyze investment and realization reports to evaluate matters under AFAs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' pricing strategies to adjust models as needed.
• Draft fee proposals based on services and fee arrangements, advising partners on strategic considerations.
