Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Americas Pricing Team. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to manage pricing, develop data-driven insights, and support profitable growth across the Americas region.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement after a training period and a pay range of 80-100K based on experience, reflecting strong analytical and business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 4 years of pricing or related experience.
• Experience with ERP environments, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quotation requests in line with pricing policies.
• Develop competitive and profitable pricing recommendations.
• Analyze pricing requests to support sales outcomes.
• Perform price, margin, and profitability analyses.
• Maintain pricing master data integrity.
• Support regional and global pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate annual price adjustment activities.
• Develop pricing KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
