Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, data analytics, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, finance, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical reasoning, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and pricing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and data-driven recommendations to support profitable growth.
• Analyze customer, product, channel, and competitive pricing to identify risks and opportunities.
• Own pricing KPIs and monthly reporting for executive leadership.
• Build dashboards and scorecards measuring pricing effectiveness and margin performance.
• Support Deal Desk and Bid Desk with profitability modeling and pricing guidance.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop pricing models, customer impact analyses, and post-implementation reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes and improve reporting capabilities.
