Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing Contract Management to join our team in Irvine, CA, or nearby locations. The role focuses on developing and executing contract strategy, pricing delegation, and ensuring compliance across CPC processes within the Cardiovascular sector.

You will draft agreements, manage pricing matrices, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support market growth and compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of business experience.
• 3–5 years in contracting, finance, sales, marketing, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requests and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop offers aligned with customer requirements and commercial strategy, ensuring adherence to internal audit and approval workflows.
• Evaluate CPC pricing delegation submissions and document internal review and approval processes.
• Maintain the CPC pricing delegation matrix and provide updates based on trends.
