Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing Contract Management to join our team in Irvine, CA, Raritan, NJ, or New Brunswick, NJ. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to develop contracting strategies and pricing options for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory centers.

You will manage contract pricing, rebates, and compliance, while supporting CPC governance and data integrity across systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum four years of business experience.
• Minimum three to five years in contracting, finance, sales, marketing, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requests and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop offers.
• Evaluate CPC pricing delegations and document review processes.
• Maintain CPC pricing delegation matrix and recommend updates.
• Design and implement CPC Automation tool with Power Apps.
• Draft agreements and amendments for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory centers.
• Execute complex rebate-driven contracting strategies.
• Maintain and enhance contract templates for compliance and efficiency.
• Review terms with Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategic contracting decisions.
• Partner with Field Sales to resolve contract inquiries.
