Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of business experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in contracting, finance, sales, marketing, or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-manage in a complex, time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
• Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong drive to understand products, strategies, and business objectives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requests and align offers with customer requirements and strategy.
• Evaluate CPC pricing submissions and document internal reviews.
• Maintain CPC pricing delegation matrix and recommend updates.
• Assist design and implementation of CPC Automation tool via Power Apps.
• Draft agreements and amendments for IDNs, hospitals, and ambulatory centers.
• Execute rebate-driven contracting strategies supporting growth objectives.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates for consistency.
