Responsibilities

• Construct financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, profitability, and alternative fee arrangements
• Assess financial risk and exposure while recommending optimal pricing structures
• Present pricing recommendations, financial assumptions, and profitability analyses to partners and senior stakeholders
• Leverage data analytics to identify matter precedents and maintain pricing databases
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop client budgets, staffing models, and scenario analyses
• Design pricing templates, budgeting frameworks, and financial responses for client RFPs and proposals
• Monitor fee adjustments, write-offs, accounts receivable trends, and pricing performance metrics
• Coordinate with billing teams to implement and track client fee arrangements accurately
