• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or profitability management—ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and senior leadership.
