Zurich North America seeks a Senior Actuarial Consultant to lead pricing and develop premium/rating structures for Accident & Health products, including gap medical and hospital indemnity lines, across multiple US offices. You will drive rate filings, perform actuarial analyses, and influence profitability with cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates hold FCAS/FSA or ACAS/ASA certifications, or Zurich Apprentice path, with 5+ years actuarial experience or 10+ years.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences with 5+ years actuarial experience OR 10+ years experience.
• FCAS/FSA or equivalent certification OR ACAS/ASA equivalent certification.
• ACSA/ASA or equivalent international certification is preferred.

• Lead rate filing development for new products and enhancements.
• Coordinate, prepare, and perform actuarial analyses.
• Analyze loss and expense reserves.
• Advise on actuarial models and risk issues.
• Support pricing decisions for A&H products with stakeholders.
• Coach others to promote teamwork and collaboration across teams.
• Influence business decisions through clear communication.
• Lead actuarial discussions with business partners on profitability.
• Align customer service needs with business priorities.
• Oversee work of less experienced actuaries when applicable.
