Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Actuarial Consultant to lead pricing and product development for Accident & Health. The role supports multiple US offices and collaborates with market facing and technical underwriters.
Ideal candidates have FCAS/ASA or equivalent, or ACAS, with 5+ years of actuarial experience, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities to guide teams and influence profitability.
Zurich North America is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant to support Accident & Health (A&H) business. This role would be based out of Zurich’s New York, Schaumburg, Chicago or Overland Park office.
This critical Actuarial role leads the pricing of new and renewal business as well as the development of effective premium/rating structure and strategies in support of business objectives including new products and product enhancements of A&H products such as Supplemental Health (Gap Medical, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness) as well as Individual, Group, Blanket Accident products.

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed Salary range for this position is $132,500.00 - $217,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
