Zurich North America seeks a Senior Actuarial Consultant to lead pricing and product development for Accident & Health. Based in NYC, Schaumburg, Chicago, or Overland Park, you will drive rate filings, develop premium structures, and guide strategic objectives for A&H products.

You will coordinate analyses, manage reserves, and advise on models while mentoring others. Strong communication and leadership are required, with Zurich’s values guiding customer-focused decisions.

Qualifications

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice or Bachelor’s with 5+ years actuarial experience.
• FCAS/FSA or equivalent certification, or ACAS/ASA equivalent.
• Experience in pricing, product development and filing for A&H lines.

Responsabilités

• Leads rate filing development of new products and enhancements.
• Coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analysis.
• Analyzes loss and expense reserves and discusses results with partners.
• Supports underwriting on pricing decisions and profitability discussions.
• Coaches team members and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
• Influences business decisions through clear communication.
• May oversee work of less experienced actuaries.
