Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst or Associate Actuary to support the Liability pricing team in Schaumburg, IL or any US office. The role partners with actuarial, statistical and IT teams to develop pricing tools and governance for pricing accuracy.

The position requires actuarial exams or FCAS/ACAS certification, a relevant degree, and 2–5+ years of actuarial experience. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Zurich Apprenticeship plus exams as listed; FCAS/ACAS considered
• ACAS or equivalent international certification is required for Associate Actuary level
• Experience with actuarial pricing, forecasting, or related analytics preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed pricing analyses, develop rates and portfolio strategies
• Support pricing tool development, deployment, and monitoring across platforms
• Lead pricing tool initiatives and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with actuarial, statistical and IT teams to support tools and models
• Engage in rate filing support and provide pricing level evaluations
• Communicate results clearly to stakeholders across teams
