Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance for our Jacksonville, IL manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and drive preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical/electrical disciplines and has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Must have associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical/electrical or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5–20 maintenance technicians to safety, reliability, quality, and productivity objectives.
Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate emergency repairs, equipment installations, modifications, and rebuilds.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering to address root causes and improve performance.
