Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Lead - Thermoforming to drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability improvements on the 8-hour day shift (Mon-Fri, 6:45AM-3:00PM).

You will manage Maintenance Connection work orders, develop PM programs, coordinate labor and parts, and support troubleshooting across production and automation teams to maximize equipment uptime and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing operations.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical certification or an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MC work order processes: creation, assignment, follow-up, closure.
• Develop, schedule, and maintain PM programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate daily/weekly maintenance schedules with production priorities.
• Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
