Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Lead-Thermoforming at our Huntersville, NC plant. You will plan and schedule PMs, oversee work orders, and drive reliability improvements for thermoforming equipment.

The role supports Operations, Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering with a focus on safe, efficient production. The position requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance and hands-on problem solving, with strong CMMS and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing operations.
• Preferred certifications or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage PM programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Analyze failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Maintain PM procedures, work plans, and standard work instructions.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and resources with teams.
• Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
