Rising Ground is seeking a dedicated Case Planner to provide vital services to children in foster care in New York City. The role includes developing service plans and connecting families with essential resources to address their challenges, while ensuring child safety and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess strong communication skills, and ideally have experience in child welfare. Full-time commitment is required, working in-person in diverse environments across the city.

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday in Brooklyn or Bronx. Work hour options: 9:00 am–5:00 pm, 9:30 am–5:30 pm, 10:00 am–6:00 pm.
