Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced professional to provide certified payroll support for project sites within the region. The role focuses on maintaining electronic payroll compliance, assisting with site audits, and ensuring subcontractor understanding and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage Davis-Bacon and related act compliance across multiple projects, verify payroll submissions, and coordinate with project staff to address

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 2 years of certified payroll experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Construction or construction-related industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of certified payroll policies, operations and processes.
• Knowledge of DBRA and related regulations (federal/state/local).
• High integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficient in electronic payroll systems (LCP Tracker, Elation, eMars) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws to support projects.
• Monitor reporting requirements to ensure compliance with wage laws.
• Review compliance information from subcontractors.
• Ensure apprenticeship program compliance and maintain certificates in payroll system.
• Audit subcontractor documents for accuracy and compliance.
