Qualifications

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-state payroll environment.
• Must have experience as a Certified Payroll Specialist.
• LCPtracker experience required.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply federal, state, local, union, and project-specific prevailing wage requirements.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and submit certified payroll reports (WH-347, electronic systems).
• Validate project coding, employee classifications, hours, wage rates, fringes, deductions, and overtime before submission.
• Coordinate corrections and reconciliations between payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Support audits, investigations, and restitution calculations related to certified payroll.
