Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Press Line Operator to perform daily production line tasks, maintain quality, and ensure safety. The role involves operating heavy machinery and band saws, maintaining equipment, and completing production paperwork. Weekend shifts and 40+ hour weeks are required.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Training programs and ADS core values support ongoing skill development and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Proficient using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Experience with band saws and heavy machinery in a safe manner.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet ADS quality specifications for all products produced.
• Operate and maintain production lines and equipment.
• Complete shift production and reporting paperwork.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance; communicate unsafe conditions.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
