Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Blend Line Operator to maintain raw material for blending lines and to move and package blended loads. The role requires 40+ hours weekly with potential weekend shifts, reporting to the plant Production Manager.

You will operate a forklift, follow PPE rules, and uphold ADS core values. The ideal candidate has strong communication, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a team in a hot/cold manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication abilities required.
• Strong forklift skills required.
• Ability to stand and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Transport recycled plastic to blending machine and storage or distribution.
• Maintain and build job skills through company training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure PPE compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions or injuries to supervisors.
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance as required.
• Daily forklift operation and maintenance.
• Maintain facility housekeeping.
