Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality and production on the assigned shift. You will directly supervise hourly staff, train workers, and coordinate resources to meet production goals across 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed.

This role requires mechanical troubleshooting, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate across levels, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in ADS processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an ADS line operator or related experience.
• Supervisory training or related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and production on the assigned shift.
• Supervise and train hourly employees on the shift.
• Communicate unsafe conditions to the Production Manager.
• Meet ADS and AASHTO quality specifications for all products.
• Support Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage resources and achieve shift production targets.
• Train staff in safety, quality and job functions.
• Drive efficient changeovers and uphold ADS core values.
