Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Press Brake Set Up III to perform set-up and adjust specialized tooling on brake machines for production. This role requires extensive knowledge of press brake operations, tooling, and programming to ensure precision bending and forming of metal components.

Onsite, 1st Shift; you may lead in the absence of a supervisor, train new employees, and contribute to safety and quality through inspections and documentation. Cadrex offers health coverage, 401(k), and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with machining background preferred.
• Experience setting up press brake machines in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow process instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup on brake machines and prepares tooling for production.
• Installs, adjusts, and aligns tooling for precision bending.
• Reads blueprints and verifies dimensions during production.
• Trains operators and supports supervisor in daily tasks.
• Ensures quality through measurements and documentation.
