Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Set up and operate brake machines with minimal supervision.
• Read blueprints and follow production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up brake machines and tooling for production.
• Install, adjust, and align tooling for operation.
• Read schedules and analyze machine problems to determine solutions.
• Monitor processes and suggest productivity improvements.
• Use calipers and height gauges to verify part tolerances.
• Ensure materials are available at machines and stations.
• Train operators and assist with techniques for quality checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and complete documentation.
