CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Set Up III in Bloomingdale, IL to set up and adjust brake tooling, ensure precise bending, and lead process improvements on the shop floor.

The role requires extensive brake operation knowledge, accurate measurement, and ability to read blueprints to meet customer specifications. Onsite 1st shift with strong teamwork and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience operating and setting up press brake machines in metal manufacturing.
• High School diploma or equivalent; vocational machining training preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances accurately.
• Perform precision measurement and quality checks during production.

Responsibilities

• Performs set-up duties to prepare brake machines and processes for production or assembly.
• Installs and aligns tooling to prepare for production operations.
• Reads schedules and analyzes machines to troubleshoot process issues.
• Monitors processes and suggests improvements to maintain quality and productivity.
• Uses calipers and height gauges to verify formed parts against specs.
