Cadrex is hiring Press Brake Operators across multiple experience levels (I, II, or III) to set up and operate metal bending machines in accordance with quality standards. Roles include following bending sequences, inspecting parts, reading blueprints, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Safety protocols must be followed and work area kept clean.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret instructions.
• Use basic measurement tools to verify parts
• Perform accurate measurements and basic math operations
• Maintain quality standards and report issues

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform quality inspections per documentation and control plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, squares).
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Meet attendance and efficiency standards.
• Perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Level I – Operate under supervision and learn bending sequences.
• Level II – Set up tools, perform detailed inspections, adjust forming processes.
• Level III – Troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards.
