Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with mapping software (MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage confidential information with good judgment.
• Capable of independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client communication via email, phone, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Thoroughly assess job requests.
• Ensure completion of tasks throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform presentation design tasks including pitch books.
• Create, edit, and correct documents to support the brand.
• Handle intake and workflow coordination functions.
• Follow procedures to complete requests to client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with required equipment, software, and hardware.
• Communicate with team members, leads, and clients about deadlines.
• Meet contracted service delivery deadlines for clients.
• Perform quality assurance on own and others' work.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Foster proactive service enhancement and client relationships.
• Adhere to Williams Lea, RRD, and client policies.
