Job summary

NiCE Cognigy is seeking a senior solutions engineer to join the Presales team. You will work closely with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, and POCs, serving as a trusted advisor bridging technology and business value.

You will lead discovery, craft compelling demos, respond to RFIs/RFPs, drive proofs of value, stay ahead of AI and CCaaS trends, and upskill colleagues across teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
Familiarity with knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, and omnichannel engagement solutions.
Experience with enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations.
Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding techniques to rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solutioning across NiCE's Customer Service Automation portfolio.
Tell compelling stories with customized, high-impact demos and presentations.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs with differentiated responses that go beyond checkbox compliance.
Drive POVs by designing and executing proofs-of-value that demonstrate real-world value.
Stay sharp on the competitive landscape across AI, digital, analytics, and cloud platforms.
Upskill others by sharing technical expertise across adjacent teams, becoming a go‑to voice for AI
