Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Risk & Compliance advisor for prepaid products and related money movement capabilities.
• Engage during opportunity assessment and change governance to prevent delays.
• Analyze complex risks and translate requirements into actionable controls and disclosures.
• Lead multiple initiatives from design through implementation and closure.
• Review PRISM/BCIQ submissions and drive timely risk mitigation closure.
• Assess new or changing laws and coordinate impact assessments and responses.
• Support risk & control activities, questionnaires, and testing plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Legal, Fraud, Privacy, IT, and Product.
• Provide concise, decision‑useful reporting for governance and audits.
• Identify opportunities to simplify requirements while preserving risk controls.
