U.S. Bank is seeking a RCA Professional 7 to serve as a Risk & Compliance advisor for the Prepaid business line.

You will work across product, sales, onboarding, digital, technology, and governance teams to translate risk expectations into practical actions and drive sustainable, compliant solutions. The role embeds in the work, developing a detailed understanding of products and operating models, asking critical questions, and coordinating SMEs to ensure timely remediation and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
• Experience interpreting laws, regulations, or regulatory guidance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Risk & Compliance advisor for prepaid products and related capabilities.
• Identify requirements early and translate risk expectations into actionable steps.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, legal, fraud, and technology teams for timely closure.
• Assess regulatory changes and coordinate impact assessments and responses.
• Support risk assessments, control design, and testing across initiatives.
• Lead or support a portfolio of initiatives from design through post-implementation.
• Provide concise reporting on risks, questions, dependencies and milestones.
