The RCA Professional 7 serves as a Risk & Compliance advisor to the Prepaid business line. The role provides dedicated first-line risk support across the full lifecycle of prepaid products, digital capabilities, strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, operational enhancements, and issue remediation. The advisor works directly with Product, Sales, Client Onboarding, Digital, Technology, Operations, Legal, Financial Crimes Compliance, Fraud Strategy, Compliance, and governance teams to identify requirements early, translate risk expectations into practical actions, and keep work moving through implementation and post-implementation closure. This is not a traditional end-stage compliance review role. The position requires sound judgment, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to organize and influence work across a large matrixed organization.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
