Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, audit, or related fields.
• Experience in financial services and payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on risk across prepaid products and initiatives.
• Engage with Product, Sales, Onboarding, Digital and Governance teams to identify requirements.
• Translate risk into clear controls, disclosures, testing, and escalation paths.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives from design through implementation and closure.
• Review risk submissions, coordinate SME reviews, and drive timely closure of actions.
• Assess regulatory changes and plan business responses with stakeholders.
• Support control design, audits, and post‑implementation validation.
