Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to oversee a team of 11 Prenatal Sales Executives, driving regional revenue, market penetration, and strategic account development within the prenatal genetic testing sector.

Based in California with ~60-70% travel, you will coach staff, shape business plans, manage key customer relationships across Women’s Health and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and collaborate with marketing, medical, and operations to expand provider adoption and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business required.
At least 10 years of sales experience in diagnostics, biotech, or pharma with 5+ years of leadership in field teams.
Experience in women's health, molecular diagnostics, or genetic testing preferred.

Responsibilities
