Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr. Digital Customer Education Specialist in Utah to own premium HR education programs, including certifications, cohorts, and workshops. You will shape strategy across HR areas and AI-driven workforce initiatives, driving outcomes from discovery to measurement and iteration.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver education that reduces friction, accelerates time-to-value, and increases adoption, retention, and monetization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or digital learning with revenue-generating education ownership.
• Expert-level facilitation with real-time adaptation and credibility with senior HR practitioners.
• Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise with track record of behavior-change outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define premium and paid HR education portfolio end-to-end.
• Shape topic roadmap across HR practice areas and AI capability.
• Lead major education programs with measurable outcomes tied to customer value.
• Define learning approaches for complex topic areas and journeys.
• Design multi-layered learning experiences that drive adoption and self-service.
• Build SME model by recruiting and briefing internal and external experts.
• Host and facilitate complex customer sessions with advanced instructional presence.
• Use AI to redesign programs and build reusable workflows.
