BambooHR is seeking a Digital Customer Education Specialist for Premium and Paid Programs to design end-to-end HR education experiences across multiple modalities. You will craft certification programs, cohorts, and microlearning aligned to product releases and customer journeys.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled content creation, SME collaboration, and measurable outcomes in adoption and growth, with hybrid Utah-based in-office days and background/credit checks required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer education, enablement, training, or related field; includes paid premium content or cohorts.
• Strong facilitation and live-session adaptability skills.
• Solid instructional design foundations; translate SME knowledge into practical learning.
• Knowledge of HR practices (compliance, performance management) and AI fluency.
• Applied AI to accelerate research, design, and program operations with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver premium and paid HR education experiences end-to-end across modalities.
• Develop education across HR topics including AI fluency and workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external experts to curate practical curricula.
• Create scripts, slides, videos, and learning assets using AI-assisted tools.
• Build education with measurable impact on adoption, retention, and lead generation.
